William E. Moen joined the University of North Texas School of Library and Information Sciences faculty in Spring 1996. He teaches courses and conducts research in the following areas:
Organization of information, metadata, networked information discovery and retrieval
Digital and institutional repositories
Implementation and interoperability of ANSI/NISO Z39.50 clients and servers
Internet services, applications, and evaluation
National information policy
Technical standards for information handling, organization, and access
