Rebecca Culbertson is the Serials Cataloging Librarian for the California Digital Library, managing serial records for the ten University of California campuses. She has been active in the Program for Cooperative Cataloging first developing the PCC Provider Neutral guidelines and then as the chair of the PCC Standing Committee on Standards. Her current interests are being a member of the NISO PIE-J Working Group and the NISO E-Book Metadata Working Group. For fun she is a member of the HathiTrust Catalog Support Team.
