Executive Manager, Product Analysis

Lettie Conrad came to SAGE Publications in 2006 after managing the publications program for a think tank in Washington, DC. As an Executive Manager with SAGE’s Online Product Management organization, Lettie leads a group of specialists in user experience, discoverability, accessibility, semantic technology, mobile, multimedia, information standards, and more. She is instrumental in launching new web and mobile products, developing new online features and web-publishing systems, and maintaining outstanding content quality on SAGE platforms. Lettie has a master’s degree in Mass Communication from California State University, Northridge, and is currently a candidate for the Information Science PhD Gateway Program from California State University, San Jose, and the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane.
