Julie has been IEEE’s Manager of Discovery Service Relations since June 2014. She cultivates and manages effective working relationships with Discovery Service and Link Resolver vendors to maximize IEEE content visibility and findability in Discovery Service solutions implemented by IEEE institutional customers. She has been a member of NISO since 2009, and served in the KBART II Working Group. She is currently serving in the NISO Information Discovery & Interchange Topic Committee. She is also a member of the KBART Standing Committee and a member of the ODI Standing Committee, active in both the Conformance and Technical sub-committees. Julie has a Ph.D. in English from Marquette University, Wisconsin and a B.A from Fudan University, China.
