Get the Latest on the Collaborative Collections Lifecycle Project
Collaborative collections management enables libraries to maximize patron access to content through the sharing of resources across networks. On October 20, NISO hosted a public webinar to update the community on the Collaborative Collections Lifecycle Project (CCLP), a three-year, grant-funded endeavor to facilitate these practices.
Speakers Todd Carpenter (Executive Director, NISO), Sebastian Hammer (President and Co-founder, Index Data), Jill Morris (Executive Director, PALCI), and Boaz Nadav-Manes (University Librarian, Lehigh University) provided information on the recently published NISO CCLIP Recommended Practice and the technical development behind the related CYCLOPS software. They also shared information on how members of the community can get involved.
