A Project Manager in an Agile World: Insights from Al Brown, Senior Project Manager, Ithaka

Al Brown serves as a Senior Project Manager at Ithaka, working for more than 25 years on complex, multi-team, technical projects. He has taught project management in a variety of in-person and online environments. Brown’s talk was featured in the recent NISO Training Series on Project Management. In it, he talks about project management principles and the impact those principles have on selecting tools and adapting workflows critical to the successful completion of a particular project.
