Jocelyn Wilk

University Archivist

Jocelyn Wilk oversees an active program collecting and interpreting Columbia University records and other material documenting the history of the institution. She supervises the work of the Records Manager and serves as a key member of the Rare Book & Manuscript Library (RBML) management team and collaborates with staff in the RBML's Public Services and Collections Management units to provide reference and outreach as well as prioritizing processing and cataloging of University Archives materials in all formats, both paper and electronic. Wilk develops and maintains donor, alumni, and faculty relationships; creates web content, exhibits and publications focusing on Columbia's history, university archives holdings and programs. As University Archivist, she determines digitization priorities and works closely with the Libraries digital program to develop and complete projects.
