Jeff Lang is Founder and CEO of FigureTwo, a tool that helps researchers create engaging, transparent, and understandable figures for publication in journals, preprints and more. Jeff tries to make scholarly research more impactful and enjoyable. He worked on some of the very first versions of HTML-based research platforms for Sage Journals and the PsycInfo databases. He was Product Manager for the RefWorks reference management tool and built one of the first integrations with Microsoft Word. He led research platform development and user experience teams for 12 years at ACS Publications, increasing usage faster than new content. Now, Jeff and team use responsible AI to improve accessibility, data availability and research integrity across scholarly communications.
