Payment

All orders must be prepaid by credit card or by a check in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Please make checks payable to: National Information Standards Organization. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Purchaser is responsible for all customs and/or import fees, brokerage fees, shipping and handing charges and taxes.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Please add 5% sales tax if you are located in the state of Maryland.

Delivery and Shipping Charge

All orders are processed within five days of receipt and are shipped via UPS Ground or First Class U.S. Mail. International shipments are sent Letter Post. Priority shipping is available at the expense of the customer. The following shipping and handling charges apply: U.S. orders: $5 for the first item, plus $1 for each additional item. Outside the U.S.: $10 for the first item, plus $1 for each additional item.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the item shipped is not the item ordered or if the item is damaged in shipment. Defective copies will be replaced no charge. A Return Authorization must be obtained within 30 days of shipment. All returns must be prepaid. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
