Abstract: NISO has been the U.S. liaison group for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Technical Committee 46 (TC 46) on Information and Documentation for decades. This report summarizing the previous year’s standards development work within ISO TC46 appears in the first issue of the year of ISQ to keep readers informed of the scope and status of TC46 programs on an annual basis.
