The Evansville Public Library (EVPL) first considered adding e-books to their collection in 2000. The authors describe their experiences over the past decade in testing and evaluating a variety of e-readers and their acquisition of e-books through vendors such as OverDrive. Their succes is demonstrated in a 500% increase in e-book usage from January 2010 to January 2011. |
