How do I know if my institution is a NISO Library Standards Alliance (LSA) member member?
               
You can check http://www.niso.org/about/roster if you are unsure of your institutions' membership.

I would like to renew my annual LSA membership. How can I do that?

LSA members will receive an annual renewal invoice and can pay their membership fees at that time. For ease, NISO can also process membership dues via credit card. Please fill out the Credit Card Authorization form and either fax it to the NISO office or email it to nisohq@niso.org.

As a Library Standards Alliance (LSA) member, what events are included as a member benefit?
 
LSA members receive one free connection to all 14 of the 2014 NISO-only webinars. No registration is required for these webinars. For all other events, including the NISO/NASIG webinar, virtual conferences, and in-person forums, paid registration is required. However, LSA members can register at the discounted member rate for these other events.

When are the webinar login instructions sent?

Webinar login instructions will be sent to your institutions' designated Webinar Contact by 12:00 pm (EST) on the Friday before the Wednesday webinar. For those Fridays affected by holidays, the login instructions will be sent on the following Monday by 12:00 pm (EST). 
 
It's Tuesday afternoon and I haven't received my login instructions for this weeks' webinar. What should I do?
           
Occasionally, due to the large distribution list on webinar e-mails, the recipient’s system blocks the e-mail as Junk or Spam. If you find our e-mails in your Junk or Spam folders, be sure to add “niso.org” to your “safe senders” list to prevent this. If you haven’t received the instructions by the Tuesday morning before the webinar, please contact Jill O'Neill (joneill@niso.org) for immediate assistance.
 
I have a number of people on my staff who would like to participate in the upcoming webinar. Can they use our free login?
 
LSA members receive one free connection to each webinar. However, you may have as many people from your organization as you like view the webinar from this one connection. Members often set up a classroom, conference room, or other large viewing area to project the webinar to a group. If the organization needs additional connections, however, e.g. at multiple locations, you will need to do a paid registration (at the member rate) for each additional connection needed.
 
I was unable to attend the recent webinar. How can I get access to the presentation and recording?
           
All NISO webinars are recorded and the LSA webinar contact at your institution will receive an e-mail within two days after the webinar with the instructions for accessing the recording. These instructions can be shared within your own member organization, but should not be posted on any website, blog, etc. that is accessible to anyone outside of the member library organization. The recordings are currently available for one-year after the webinar date.
