Hi Erin,
I initially had a problem with the SSL certificate that is in place on the
service, and when visiting https://www.stats.oclc.org/sushi/ws?wsdl for the
schema Internet Explorer threw a certificate warning. I've not investigated
this but in my experience of such things it's often because there is an
intermediate certificate missing from the .crt file on the server.
Once my client was set to ignore SSL errors, I was able to access the usage
only when I set Requestor ID as described below, and set Customer ID to UWK,
which is what Institution is show as on the web stats.
Aside from those stumbling blocks, the data back all looks good (and matches
the web stats).
Cheers,
Andrew
