If you are developing your SUSHI server for a library, the best option
will be to have the library contact their content providers, like EBSCO
Publishing, etc.  They will be able to get you the credentials for their
usage and you can use that for testing.  Most content providers don't
have test accounts and they generally will not give out credentials to
access a customer's usage data without the permission of that customer.

As a reminder, the list of content providers which support SUSHI is
available on the SUSHI Server Registry
(http://sites.google.com/site/sushiserverregistry
<http://sites.google.com/site/sushiserverregistry>  ) so this is a good
place to start since it includes the instructions the library will need
to follow to get the credentials for your testing.

Thanks

Oliver

The username and password go as parameters on the URL.  So, it
would look something like:

https://www.stats.oclc.org/sushi/ws?username=100000000&password=mypass

Hi Erin,

Which SUSHI request elements do username and password map to
(RequestorID, RequestorName etc)?

Thanks much,

Cate Boerema
