Hi all-

I'm happy to share the template of the SERU purchase order we're using.  We
used it for our Springer order but I've genericized it so you can use it
for other purchases using SERU.  But I looked at my ERM templates and
they're pretty product specific so I'm not really comfortable sharing them
on a list.  If there are other Innovative ERM users who would like the ERM
templates, I'm happy to send them off-list.  We haven't really completed a
written workflow yet.  We usually use the ERM template to point out the
differences in workflow.

We do have a list of "extra" questions to clarify issues not covered
specifically in SERU.  They aren't deal-breakers but they're issues we like
to clarify.  They are:

Do you allow alumni access if it is authenticated via the University's
proxy server?

Do you allow use of the electronic content in online course packs
(including linking from courseware such as Blackboard) and for e-reserve?

May we provide ILL using technology such as Ariel whereby the resulting
file will be stored on a server where it may be accessed by the requestor
only for up to 30 days before it is deleted?

Is distance education use allowed?

Is there anything covered in SERU that you don't allow and/or is there
anything else which we would want to document outside of SERU?

Some of these uses may be assumed but we usually like to be sure.

This is all we have right now.  Hope it's of use!

janet

Janet,

Thanks this helps very much!
Would you be willing to share workflow documents and templates?
We use Verde, and are currently populating our license data.
