Hello -

We have recently registered for SERU, and while I understand how the process works, I wonder if there are others out there willing to share any information or documents or critieria about how they have incorporated SERU into their licensing workflow. Do you have criteria that you apply for deciding whether or not when to evoke the terms when they are available, or do folks always agree to use SERU when the publisher has made the option available?

Any best practice or advice would be much appreciated.
