Welcome to SERUinfo, an open list for anyone interested in SERU. As SERU
enters a new phase of more widespread adoption and use, it is our hope that
this list will serve as a forum for all parties who are interested in fostering
the continued growth and success of SERU.
We've had some exciting growth recently with the addition of several publishers
to the SERU registry, including Springer, Taylor and Francis, Naxos of America,
and others. Many academic libraries have also joined recently, and most
recently the Greater Western Library Alliance (GWLA) has joined the registry.
These are exciting times for those of us involved with SERU, and we're taking
this opportunity to reactivate this listserv as a means of fostering
communication between members of the rapidly growing SERU community. We
invite you to pose questions of the other members, to share your experiences in
implementing SERU, and to seek and offer advice.
To kick off the conversation, could any librarians on the list please share
your experiences (positive OR negative) in implementing SERU at your
institutions? How have you made use of SERU a part of your workflow?
Best,
Clint
