Is there anyone else who will be attending the meeting in Chicago next
week?  Here's the list I have so far.  If I've missed anyone, please let me
know asap!  Also, if you are unable to attend in person but would like to
participate via conference call for specific topics and haven't already let
me know, please tell me now so we can make arrangements.
