Hello Silade,
PaidFeeAmount was added in Version 1.01. It did not exist in Version 1.0.
Therefore, both are "correct." If you are implementing Version 1.01 and
exchanging with another system also using 1.01, then you can use PaidFeeAmount.
If you or the other system uses 1.0, then you cannot use PaidFeeAmount.
