Hello Silade,
Unfortunately, this may be a question that you must ask each implementer. The
original Version 1 Standard formally supported a DTD. However, schemas for
both Version 1 and Version 1.01 exist. Version 2 supports only a schema; no
DTD is available for Version 2. You would need to check with implementers with
whom you wish to exchange messages to determine whether they support the DTD or
the schema for Versions 1 and 1.01.
