The hotel reservation deadline is upon us.  After April 1st, the reserved rooms 
go back their available list and reservations are subject to 
first-come-first-served bookings.  Though they will honor our rate, they may 
not hold the rooms.

When you book your flights, please let me know when you arrive so that we can 
potentially set up a pickup time.
