As you know we are having the spring NCIP-IG conference in Syracuse this 
Spring.  I wanted to get you the details prior to our conference call tomorrow.

If you wish to stay there, the Polaris rate is $109 per night.  Mention that 
you are with Polaris Library Systems.

We have confirmed the room rates, conference room, wifi, projection equipment, 
and breakfast and snack arrangements.
