Hi, Everyone,
Attached (and pasted below as a document) is a draft version of an
Implementer Registry form.  I'd like to discuss it in tomorrow's meeting, so
please take a minute to review it if possible.

It's aimed at Implementers and I envision a separate but similar form for
responders.  To me, it seemed important to split initiators and responders
since some companies have multiples of each and it could be very complex to
try to accommodate it all in one form.

This form is incomplete but I wanted to run the design by everyone before I
put all the top level data elements in below each core message. I do have it
in html but lack the ability to put a program behind it to collect the data
submitted and put it into a database like the one Susan and Lynne were
working on. Those of you who program, please don't laugh too hard at my html
-- if it works, that's all I ask!   BTW, I used Firefox and haven't looked
at what IE does with the formatting.  [?]
