Hi all,

Welcome to the _new_ NCIP Community Interest list.  This list takes  
the place of ncip@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, and we are grateful to TLC for  
their efforts over the past several years to provide and maintain that  
list.  Our thanks go now to NISO for providing this new list.
