Rooms are reserved at the Double Tree Hotel in downtown Tallahassee. On the evening of October 9th, we will all meet at the lobby of Double Tree to walk to a restaurant nearby. There are several to chose from. Afterwards, for those who like to attend the
after dinner meeting, we can walk down to the Fermentation Lounge (address and directions are below as well).

Here is the Hotel information for the NCIP In-Person Meeting Oct. 9-10 at Tallahassee:
We are holding a block of rooms at the Doubletree by Hilton Tallahassee for the nights of Sunday, October 7, 2012 - Tuesday, October 9, 2012. The extra night (October 7) is blocked off by the hotel in case guests would like to come in
a day earlier.
The cut- off date for making reservations is Saturday, September 29, 2012. The Room rate is $109.00 per night. The Group Code is
