The monthly NCIP Standing Committee call for June 2012 has been cancelled. Several participants will be traveling to the ALA Annual Conference in Anaheim, California later this week, and will be unable to
attend the call.
For those attending the ALA Annual Conference, we’ll be talking about the latest NCIP activities during the NISO Update on Sunday afternoon (1:30 – 3:30 pm in the Anaheim Convention Center, Room 206B). NCIP
is one of several topics that will be discussed during the NISO Update session.
We also invite you to join the NCIP Standing Committee members on Sunday, June 24th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at the lobby bar of the Anaheim Marriott for an informal, casual "meet and greet" event where people
can mingle, chat, and enjoy a refreshing beverage of their choice. The Standing Committee invites anyone who is interested in circulation interoperability for resource sharing, self-service and interlibrary loan to join us. There will be a cash bar and everyone
should plan to purchase their own beverages and appetizers. The Marriott is located at 700 West Convention Way – next door to the Anaheim Convention Center. We hope to see you there!
