Thought I would put this forward in advance of the upcoming meetings,
as a piece of what we need in order to gather requirements and
formalize the tasks at hand.
This is a preliminary attempt to rigorously define what we might mean
when we talk about either bookmarks or annotations. I imagine we can
expand on it quite a bit, but on the other hand, it should also remain
narrow enough to guide us toward the right concerns.
Feedback is welcome.
