Thank you everyone who responded to the survey to find a date for the in-person 
meeting of the NISO Bibliographic Roadmap initiative.  The date that seems to 
work best for the largest number of respondents was April 15-16, 2013.  I 
realize that these dates overlap with the London Book Fair, but present the 
greatest opportunity to bring the largest number of people who responded.

We will circulate logistic details of the meeting as soon as they are set, 
hopefully next week.  In all likelihood, the meeting will be in the Baltimore 
area, given the cost differential between DC and Baltimore, but we will explore 
both options for this date.

We will also reach out directly with those identified as potential travel 
support recipients to inform them about the policies regarding funding.

As I have noted previously, we will endeavor to live stream the meeting.  
Whether we can do this will be determined by the venue and its capabilities, 
although it will be a critical element of deciding on the venue.  However, I 
should stress that as we are planning to have an engaged and interactive 
meeting, virtual participation--while better than no participation at all--will 
likely be a poor substitute for in-person participation.

An RSVP site will be setup for all of you to respond whether you will 
specifically be able to attend either in person or virtually.  With the 
generous support of the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, this meeting is open and 
will be free to attend.
