The Delete a Project State tool is used to remove a Project State that isn't needed by the organization.

Project States are an ordered series of states that are assigned to a project sequentially as the project passes from one phase to another or crosses significant thresholds during its lifecycle (e.g., 'Proposal', 'In Development', 'At Ballot', etc.).
