I think there is a bad example in the "Results clicks" section:  "Result clicks – […] i.e., if a user clicks on a record to see the details and then clicks on the full text link of that same record, then the count should only be 1."  It seems that in the example here, that would result in a "click through" count. Obviously you don't want a click through counted as a results click as well, but a better example might be: "i.e., if a user clicks on a single record multiple times to see the details, then the count should only be 1." If that is indeed what you mean.
