Providing examples for each recommended practice would be helpful: how to indicate the presence of sup. mat. on the ToC; how to display a citation of and link to it in the article ("above the fold"?) -- in the HTML, PDF, mobile versions; how to provide navigation within sup. mat.; how to reference integral and additional sup. mat. within the article, outside the article; how to indicate the presence of sup. mat. on the response page; etc. -- each recommendation should be illustrated by a variety of examples.
