SPJ would like to propose just one more idea, regarding
coding Japanese language articles, especially humanity science articles. They often use ruby, that expresses pronounciation of Chinese characters which almost always have more than one, often several, different pronounciations.

We would like to propose introducing a ruby tag as much like the bold or underline tags, as follows.

This will be useful not only for Japanese but also European users who want to code index/pronounciation expression for non-English words in body texts.
