For the NLM Book Interchange Tag Suite Working Group

It would be nice to have a place for a fully assembled ISO-std format date.

Also, the @date-type is overloaded.
Submitter Proposed Solution
1) place an attribute on a date that can hold a fully assembled ISO-std date format date.

2) The date type attribute is overloaded; there is a need to make a distinction between format/type of publication as well a distinction for type of date.
