The committee may want to briefly mention some other aspects of physical preparation of the item that are considered standards in Interlibrary loan practice: ensuring that the item is correctly marked with the institution’s ownership stamps desensitizing security strips. The physical condition of the piece should be evaluated as to whether it should be shipped in the first place. |
