Since the "switch" seems closely related to the EZproxy hybrid configuration, is the switch functionality/service already built into EZproxy? If so, then Figure #10 in Appendix A is misleading since the box around (eg EZproxy) implies it is distinctly unrelated to the switch. If it isn't part of the EZproxy hybrid configuration, then this concept needs further clarification, because it is unclear what action(s) an institution might take to implement an institutional switch. |
