Submitter Comment
I am disappointed that the draft seems heavily oriented toward the academic library environment, and does not seem to acknowledge the needs and requirements of public libraries to any significant degree, which face many similar issues of authentication.

Also, I was disappointed that there was very little discussion of geolocation based authentication, which is just starting to become more widely available.
Submitter Proposed Solution
It may be that the issues as outline and discussed here DO adequately represent the needs and requirements of public libraries, but I think a careful review of the recommendations by public library oriented experts would be in order.

Also, I'd like to see geolocation authentication systems addressed in the document.
