hi Folks, I just added these events to the group calendar at http://www.niso.org/apps/org/workgroup/altmetrics/calendar.php

You should have received four corresponding .ics items by email attachment just now.  You can download these into your local calendar client if you wish so that you'll see the meetings in your own calendar. 

Another way to keep track of the meetings is by Kavi's calendar RSS feed… on the calendar page linked above you'll see a link "subscribe to icalendar" (tiny print just underneath the row of tabs near the top of the page, underneath the "Ballots" and "Action Items" tab) - if you click this link you can instruct your client to stay up to date with all the calendar items automatically.

Dial-in details are included in the calendar item.
