For use with establishing voting pools in 2011, as per the NISO Procedures, Section 5.2 (Voting Pool Actions and Size), subsection 5.2.2, which reads: 5.2.2 Approval requires that the Voting Pool include fifteen percent (15%) or more of the NISO membership. The NISO Office will set the required number each year based on the membership as of February 1. |
