Physical library materials -- books, videos, and more -- still make up a huge part of libraries' collections, and the delivery of these materials for ILL, resource sharing, and other library services continues to grow. With growing delivery comes the need for recommended practices on the physical delivery of library resources, a topic that is being tackled by one of NISO's latest working groups.
