	66 - Variable length counts Field Charged Items Count (DC) is fixed length and is to be blank if not supported or available. This is a left over from v2. It would make more sense for this field to be variable and not mandatory (e.g. it can be omitted if not supported). Similar for DF Fees Count, DH Hold Items Count,, BZ Hold Items Limit, MP Max Print Width.
