| Description | Release 4 of the COUNTER Code of Practice introduces new reports, changes existing reports, adds some metric types and also clarifies some report formatting requirements. For successful deployment of COUNTER Release 4 all changes need to be reflected in the supporting materials used by developers, auditors and indeed the systems that consume these reports. The purpose of this document is to identify each deliverable that makes up the supporting materials and to update them. |
